For Jessica Maughan, Green Canyon’s 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year, teaching math was an unexpected career change. After 15 years in the classroom, she says it was a journey worth taking.

Bands from Green Canyon, Mountain Crest, Ridgeline, and Sky View high schools each took home awards in their respective events at competitions throughout the season. All four schools placed in their divisions’ top three at the UMEA Red Rocks State Marching Band Championships!

For the Fall sports season, fifty-four seniors from Cache County schools have been named Academic All-State honorees. The Academic All-State Award is the most prestigious honor the UHSAA presents to senior students. This award recognizes students based on their academic excellence and their athletic abilities.

At Green Canyon we strive to provide a healthy, safe learning environment for all-- the PACK pantry will serve students who may be lacking some of the basic needs at home. The PACK Pantry will be a place where students in need can come to get school supplies, hygiene kits/feminine hygiene products, and food. If you are a student who is in need please come see your assigned counselor.
